Perfect for me. also you can book a late check out which costs a small amount more but was really good for me. Communication is great and they are really helpful. I didn't need an expensive place with a beach view and much preferred paying less and just being comfortable in a clean decent place ."

Nothing that was terrible. I notice some folks say dogs bark, but that is all over Raro and it didn't happen when i was there.

No lift which was difficult with a suitcase - several staircases to access the property and the room

The place felt quite restrictive. You can basically only stay in your room. There’s nowhere to go to spend time with friends, as there are no common areas available.

No parking, but that's a problem for most of the Kanchanaburi hotels The water pump is turned on request, don't know if there was a problem with the water. However, despite these issues, I will book a room in this hotel for my next visit to Kanchanaburi
