"We loved the courtyard where we had our breakfast which we put together from supplies from a nearby supermarket and the street fruit vendors. As shown on the wesite, the courtyard is a truly delightful spot, especially in a sunny morning, and important if you wish to eat or chat with your fellow travellers, as our rooms were too small for that. The staff were kind an helpful, and the daily room service and available linen service, ensured a clean room (and clean clothes). The location was close to where our conference was held and in a short walking distance the the lakeside, parliament house etc. Other city sights, the Plaza shopping mall, etc were usually an inexpensive taxi ride away."

The absence of wi-fi and difficulties getting an internet connection the courtyard and my room was a real inconvenience, only solved by purchasing a local sim and forgetting about my usual roaming arrangement for keeping in touch with family back home.

"This beautiful, historic mountain farm was beautifully kept by the owners. Everyone was friendly. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. The home cooked food was delicious."

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

The only drawback was the heater kept switching off & I had to get the staff to turn it on a few times

"Great house with all the equipment you might need, including a microwave and full kitchen tools. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the host was wonderful—funny, talkative, and always helpful. The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. You can park your car right in front of the house. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommended!"

Our booking description on the rooms & no of beds aren't the same, i have to contact the owner to get me another xtra beds. Also, 1 of the unit we gotten a rocking bed frame.

"Perfect apartment just in front of the sea and at 50 meters to your swim. Quiet, clean, big, and very good host. Yes, a little bit away from the village, 1 kilometer?, but it is just a matter of a short walk. Defenetely we do recomend it. We wish we could have staid longer Many thanks 😊"

Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.

"Great location in the heart of the old town. The property also has a wonderful roof terrace which gives good views over the mosque and old town. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. Great sleep despite being in the centre of the old town (no traffic noise). Excellent value for money."

Possibly the size of the bathroom is a bit small, but that was my fault as I chose the single room.

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. "A very warm and helpful host who gave us great support. My mother unfortunately injured herself while hiking and he didn't hesitate for long and applied hot compresses with salt. As she could no longer walk, he even gave her a walking frame and drove us personally to the train station on our departure. The location was great. A bit away from the busy main street and yet everything is within walking distance."
