"The breakfast was good Location is more than perfect There was a lady who I called to help me in fixing the heater of the water, that lady from the room service and she helled in a minute while the receptionist didn't show any help There was a lady in the reception was amazing. "The room is spacious and nice, very clean rooms , location is very good as well , the hotel is opposite of pak garden whcih is suitable for families and kids . Anf hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool on the terrace with very nice view on the Garden ."

"Everything was very qualitative: the food, the kindness of the staff, the infrastructure, the rooms. We stayed there during a difficult situation in the Middle East and they were perfectly prepared to help and provide support."

"Some miscommunication regarding the opening hours of the restaurants during Ramadan / not very clear which restaurant is open for lunch but closed for dinner etc. Also very limited opening (e.g. buffet dinner finishes at 8pm which is very early, otherwise you need to go to an other restaurant). But we figured out everything after asking."
