"Hotel room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had good options and the personnel was always attentive to our needs. Rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view of the Taj Mahal and nice ambience. Receptionist Ahana was very helpful and managed to print some docs for us. Nice pool and garden."

"Hotel facilities a little bit outdated, not exactly 5 star standard; pool water really cold to my taste; meals at the hotel restaurant quite pricy if compared to other places nearby. Room was not spotless clean."

"Fabulous place to stay in Agra. Beautiful bedroom and a great breakfast. Staff are all amazing. The pool area is fantastic although we weren't there long enough to use it! Enjoyed breakfast after a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal it was perfect. Thank you."

"Aucun."

"Great place! Great location and good service! The staff is very polite, sweet and accommodating."

"Nothing as such!"

"Brilliant location, near the East Gate entrance for the Taj Mahal."

"Everything was great."

"Everything in theory! First I got there and then the a/c didn’t work. Straight away they offered me a new room, AFTER viewing it first. The staff were lovely, the food excelled the star railing and it was all very good….. except for…."

"This must be the 3rd or 4th hotel that was ‘booked’ out for a wedding in India that I’ve visited. I picked this hotel because after a long day out in the heat, I wanted to be able to jump into a swimming pool and this is the EXACT reason why I picked it. This is a Common occurrence in India and to spoil my 3 days means I have to mark it down in score. There should be a common rule that is exclusive to hotels that if a wedding inhibits your stay then a reimbursing should be available to appease all parties. It would be my suggestion (please note Booking.com) that the least financially costly to the hotel and possibly, the most satisfactory outcome to the customer would be free meals. I couldn’t go into the pool, not once over my 3 night stay but their menu was both excellent in selection and taste so as a person who understands realities, you must take the wedding booking when available to survive, then surely a small cost for a meal to avoid the publicity is worth the negative feedback…….?"

"Great location, the staff were very friendly. And it was very close to the Taj Mahal"

"The decor was quite old"
