"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."
नकारात्मक बिंदु:
"The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area."

"The lack of good english speaking taxi drivers and the extreme difficulty getting in touch with the Nuuk taxi service before 9AM to go on a limited number ice fjord cruise...the primary reason for my visit to Nuuk Greenland. Frustratingly, I missed my scheduled cruise as a result the first time around. Fortunately, I was able to reschedule to the next day. The next day, knowing how critical it was not to miss the departure time a second time and knowing the problems I had the day before, I made 80 attempts to try to get a taxi ahead of a 9AM deadline, and kept getting a pre-recorded message in Danish or Greenlandic, as I had the day before. I decided to walk in the end but kept trying to call the taxi company while walking, as there was a chance I might still miss the departure time. When I finally did get through, the promised taxi did not arrive!!! I kept calling for another taxi, and about 15 minutes before the 9AM departure deadline, Nuuk taxi's answered and were finally able to send a cab. I arrived at 9.00 AM. Fortunately the I highly recommend booking ahead the day before, if departure deadlines are critical. As an addendum, I did book a taxi to the airport and given the problems I'd had previously, I got very little sleep wondering if the taxi was going to turn up, as in Nuuk, early in the morning, there are literally no other options! Fortunately the taxi did arrive on time, as booked. So credit where credit is due. Nuuk Taxis finally came through and got me to the airport on time! 🙏"

सकारात्मक बिंदु:
"Location is excellent with buses and taxi rank directly outside. Supermarkets and all downtown shopping within a very easy walk. This literally is the city centre of Nuuk with all the convenience and facilities that brings but has a small town feel due to Nuuk being only 19000 people. I was easily able to walk to anywhere in central Nuuk including the waterfront. The washing machine was very convenient, I cooked several times in the kitchen and the balcony on the western side was a nice touch. The views are amazing and the Aurora is visible from your room but is better viewed away from the brightly lit centre of town."
