"Easy location, superb terrace to laze around, easy going, nice staff"

some rooms dont have window and that really does not work for me. They were very acvommodating and let us pick another room.

"Sushma and her husband were really lovely and helpful - milk for the morning coffee, delicious Orange juice and the phone number of a reliable taxi driver 😊 We got great advice to get around in the area without using a car, all in walking distance of 15-30 mins. The bed is very comfortable. A huge bathroom with hot water."

It’s a residential area and in the evening it’s tricky to get a taxi at the main road to go to Grace Bay where you‘ll find most restaurants. To return is easy as there are always taxis at the Ritz Carlton. We didn’t want to rent a car as we only stayed 2 days which was okay in the day but a little tricky in the night.

"For self catering facilities it is peefect, quiet and have laundry and ao forth included which is reàlly nice... the agent is very reasonable and always there to answer any questions or any concerns... I highly recommend 👌"

If bed mats to be place on both side of the bed and infront the dresser ... but others the property is well equipped.

They have a great system in place for the shared showers so don’t be worried about that. Hateruma is a gorgeous place to explore, highly recommend! Also booking system was super easy."

"This hotel was absolutely charming. Everything felt easy and relaxed, and everyone was incredibly helpful and chill from the moment I arrived. I loved my room, the beach, the food… honestly, everything. A special mention to Rudi at the breakfast restaurant — she was truly lovely and made my morning better with the delicious mimosa she prepared for me. I ended up extending my stay by one more night, and the team helped me move everything seamlessly to my new room. Since it was raining and I was leaving that day, they even proactively offered to put some of my clothes in the dryer because they had been hanging outside, which was such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to go back. Waking up to those views is something I’ll never forget — everything was just perfect."

"Accommodations are simple but very comfortable. Nice swimming pool right out the hotel room door. Short walk to the water. We really enjoyed diving. My 18yr old son got PADI certified. They did an awesome job with him. Nassar was his instructor. He was awesome! Area was very safe."

No complaints. Please understand that tourism is severely impacted by the Gazan war. Many hotels and restaurants are closed and those that are open often are operating in a limited capacity. For example hotel restaurants might not operate at all. This affects all hotels. There were almost no tourists as of November 2025.

"Warm and cozy for the winter. New building, electric keylocs. Cozy bed with clean sheets and towels. My room also featured a hairdryer, although it isn’t mentiones in the amenities."

There were a lot of roaches in the bathroom, quite impressive to still find these in December. I was provided with the access codes 2 hours after the check-in time, although i tries reaching out to them several times (booking, call and text message). They finally replied with the codes only about 20 mins before I got to the place.

Bed a little harder than our preference but I think that’s normal! We supplied our own music, frequent power cuts but the generator kicked in quickly.

"My second time staying at the wonderful St. James Guesthouse. Returned back after 3 years, and it was even more wonderful than what I remembered. The owner along with all of the employees are absolutely lovely. You truly feel at home with a lovely family like atmosphere. The rooms are authentic and have exactly what you need. Enjoyed having Netflix on the TV along with Aircondition in the room. Breakfast was delicious with great additional options you pay a cheap price for. Location is the best in Roseau, next to a car rental, walkable distance to everything (Ferry terminal, Markets, Restaurants/bars, Local busses to Portsmouth or Trafalgar). Cannot recommend this place and the employees enough. One of the many gems in Dominica! Thanks to the team once again 🙏"

"Our stay in El Nabila Pyramide and Sphinx View was nice. The People who work there are very friendly and Kind. The view was amazing!!! "I had a really lovely stay at Tribute Guest House in Lesotho. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The lady at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. On my way to the guest house, my car got stuck in the mud, and she went out of her way to call a driver to check on me and assist. She really didn’t have to do that, but she did, and I truly appreciated it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. It was a bit cold at times, but that can be forgiven given the area and weather. The location was good and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The amenities were great, the food was fresh and very enjoyable, and the WiFi worked well the whole time with no connection issues. What I liked most was the genuine care and kindness from the staff, along with how comfortable the stay was overall. There wasn’t much I didn’t like, except for the slight cold in the room. I would definitely book again, especially with my family next time."
