Would have liked 2 single beds in the second bedroom for the children. Could use a dustbin in the kitchen.

The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

"Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!"

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

Es war sehr ordentlich, die Betten alle bezogen, alles hat gut gerochen und war sehr einladend. "Die Villa ist sehr groß und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick, wie man auf den Fotos schon sehen kann. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls super zum kochen, Spiele spielen oder um im Pool zu planschen. Außerdem war das Haus super sauber. Wichtig für die Anfahrt ist ein Auto mit Allradantrieb (4WD), damit man die letzten Meter nach oben kommt ;) Wir waren zu 5 dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit."

Huset är lite slitet och skulle må bra av lite renovering och förnyelse. Men allt fungerar och det är välutrustat och städat.

"Very friendly and super helpful owner and property manager. Great location and villa with lots of personal touches. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are lots of places to sit and relax both in the house and in the lovely garden."

"We loved the location and the size of the house, the added pool and desk chairs made for great relaxing. We made use of the outdoor bbq as well."

The only small complaint we had was the couch was a little dirty

There was no parking available at our arrival. We didn't knew it needed to be reserved in advance. But very helpful staff helped resolve this small problem pretty fast.

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

The walls seems thin, I could hear the neighbours.

"The villa had everything! Stocked wine cooler, bottles of spirits, full mini bar. There was a gas BBQ and good free Wi-Fi. The beach and pool were both no more than a few hundred meters from the villa in all directions. It was beautiful!"

Perhaps the resort supermarket produce could have been fresher, with a better selection of meat for the BBQ, but there's nothing to stop you using a local supermarket.

You can watch the sunset over the river and enjoy the laid-back vibe. The staff, especially Tom, were amazing! 🤩 I was feeling pretty sick, but Tom went above and beyond, providing me with electrolytes and making sure I was comfortable. His kindness and care made a huge difference. Overall, I'd give Ban Lakkham River View Hotel 5/5 stars for location and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again! 🏨💕"
