"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

"Gerçekten çok güzel bir ev. Ev sahibi de gayet ilgiliydi. Yataklar temiz ve rahattı. Mutfakta yeterince gereç vardı. Bahçesi çok güzeldi."

Çamaşır makinesi değişmeli diye düşünüyorum. Çalışıyor fakat biraz fazla gürültülü ve çok uzun süre de yukarı. Banyo için komple bi değişiklik olabilir. Özellikle kış ayları için daha ısınabilir hale getirilebilir. Fakat yine de her şey çok iyiydi.

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)
