"The fridge door was closing properly, the bed smelt like someone had slept in it I didn’t like that. The tap was leaking which was annoying at night time. I had to do my own cleaning in the shower as it wasn’t properly cleaning . Lots of black mould in the corners and it just didn’t smell freshly cleaned."
