"Such a lovely room and common area. The owner was so kind and helpful. A bit out of main town but I prefer a quiet location, which it was, with restaurants, Starbucks and McDonalds."

"距離市區近，且住宿提供車位，開車來玩很方便，老闆十分熱情友善。小插曲是連假第一晚熱水器故障，隔天馬上請師傅處理，當日晚上水量和水溫即正常，老闆還贈送禮物表示歉意，很窩心。下次來台東還想住這裡～"

"房間不大但五臟俱全很舒適地理位置佳，到市區不用十分鐘位在住宅區，周圍環境安靜浴室水力強，且有免治馬桶房間有對外窗，空氣流通浴巾放浴室就會乾"

"有室內停車位，在入房前老闆娘還會介紹臺東地區有名的食物以及沿海地區的風景區可以去走走看看，桌上也有一些配合廠商的優惠卷，還不錯！住合益完全有家的感覺，甚至馬桶是使用免治馬桶呀！"

"The location is a short walk to Jiufen Old Street (but there are a lot of stairs if thats an issue for you). The hosts are warm and friendly and the breakfast is very hearty. The view from the top floor is stunning. You can watch the sunset from here without the crowds. The room is also clean and comfortable."

Spectacular rooms, very spacious, with lots of natural light and very comfortable beds. Excellent cleanliness and amenities. Good breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. The friendliness and helpfulness of Mr Teyra, who speaks English, are comforting. Highly recommended!"
