"All the food and drinks were well organized, with a wide variety available. The location was perfect, with a private beach and the sea literally right next to the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was that some employees only spoke Russian, but most of the staff spoke both Turkish and English. We were very satisfied. In particular, the general manager Süleyman, managers Mahmut and Firuze, bartender Berna, and all the other staff were extremely helpful and kind. "I wish the meal was better. There were a great variety to choose from, but e.g. the topping on the cakes always tasted bitter/weird. However, the meals offered on the terrace (especially the "pide") were delicious. The animation was mostly in Russian, so we didn't understand it. Although, the pool bar offered lots of different cocktails on the menu, but there were only a few available."

"The service I have received is 10 out of 10. When we arrived we were greeted by a polite gentlemen Sergen , there was some error with the booking but it was rectified quickly . I would like to say Big Thanks to Firuze, she has made our stay special and was very helpful with any questions we had, friendly, polite and intelligent lady, she is real asset to the hotel also I would like to thank catering staff , especially chef Mehmed, and waiter Cargi. Cargi has amazing people skills and great customer service, he was attentive to all guests , he should be considered for a managerial role The hotel itself is spacious , good room size, at the beachfront , clean, good location , easy reach to shops etc We liked the food, it varied everyday and was tasty, great effort from kitchen staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to visit The beach which belongs to hotel was very clean"
