Uptown Palace is a contemporary hotel with a restaurant and high-tech conference centre located a 5-minute walk from Milan's Missori Metro Stop. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a lovely gesture, when I arrived in the room, there was a piece of cake waiting for me. The location is amazing. If you book a suite, you can see the Duomo directly from the restaurant and from your room. The breakfast was also delicious."

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
