The receptionist did not speak English, so the check-in was a bit challenging. English instructions on a printed sheet would have helped.

"We had a great stay! Location is in the middle of Olympos with bars and restaurants around and about a 10 minute walk to the beach! Staff were lovely and we had a comfortable stay"

"Magical spot in nature with exceptional views and epic sunrise view from bed. The whole property crafted with love and creative artistic features. Loved the whole place, rustic and good quality. Having access to the beautiful pool with a view also a massive bonus. Very sad to leave, so happy to have stayed for four nights. Peter. Rocio and Santiago are exceptional hosts."

A bit tricky for drivers to find the lobby but staff helped me communicate with them

"The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. "The view from the pool is absolutely stunning! It's in a great location - about 10 minutes walk from the port and the centre of town where you can find the tuk tuks. The staff were very welcoming throughout our stay and breakfast was really good! The staff were also very helpful - when they couldn't serve an early breakfast, they told us where we could go instead. They were also able to provide information for our next destination. AMEX is accepted. We'll be returning!"

Some things weren't communicated well in the beginning - like having to order breakfast the day before. They were not able to serve an early breakfast to fit with our activities for the day. The wifi doesn't work from the bedroom.
