"A very warm and helpful host who gave us great support. My mother unfortunately injured herself while hiking and he didn't hesitate for long and applied hot compresses with salt. As she could no longer walk, he even gave her a walking frame and drove us personally to the train station on our departure. The location was great. Location is bit far away from the city if you have a car then no problem , there is free parking and the great thing is you would have lovely city view. "Great location in the heart of the old town. The property also has a wonderful roof terrace which gives good views over the mosque and old town. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. Great sleep despite being in the centre of the old town (no traffic noise). Excellent value for money."

Possibly the size of the bathroom is a bit small, but that was my fault as I chose the single room.

"Keeps its promises. The owner, Mr Fadiga saved my life after the Radisson hotel had cancel my booking (and the booking of 30+ guests) without informing us of this in advance. Facing the emergency situation, Mr Fadiga kindly confirmed and ensure there would be a room available for me. He told me that Mr Manet would pick me up from the airport and all promises were kept. Mr Manet was professional, friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. He took me everyday to the the conference I had come to attend (1 hour away) and back. He was always punctual and easy to reach. This was an excellent service. The room was very large and clean. The hot water tank, air con and TV worked perfectly."

"The staff were so helpful and friendly, Gigi speaks fluent English which is pretty rare in Mongolia so that made it easy. They also were super helpful when my partner left his phone in a taxi from the airport- they got it back! The rooms were big, warm and clean, the shower was hot and the view was nice."

We arrived at midnight and the entrance is a dark scary looking carpark, the door is steel and we couldn’t work out how to get in. The hostel is on the 4th floor so good idea to get a SIM card (free from airport) and call when you arrive if you get stuck. A helpful man in the carpark helped us get in which was so lucky. We would stay again, next time we’ll know how to get in!

"Everything really unfortunately i’d to book just for one night but even one night was incredible"

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

"The room and outdoor areas were very nice. The bed was comfortable. It was great to have a kettle, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to messages."
