Studio lit double.

"Central location, attractive and clean apartment. Good communication with the host. Netflix on the TV."

"A very comfortable and cosy apartment right in the heart of Évian! The bed is large and incredibly comfortable — we slept wonderfully. The apartment is bright, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The loggia with its beautiful view of Lake Geneva is a true highlight — calm, peaceful, and perfect for both mornings and evenings. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to the centre, with shops, cafés, and the lakeside promenade nearby. A special thank you to the hosts — they were exceptionally kind, attentive, and responsive. Every message was answered instantly. They welcomed us personally, helped us settle in, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt like valued guests. Maria, thank you — to you, your father and your sister. Everything was wonderful and filled with care. We would love to come back again!"

"Very friendly hosts, comfortable bath and sauna, location in the city"

"Was the perfect stay, had everything you needed. The location is right in the center of everything which made it very easy. Was not noisy at all. A very clean and tidy apartment and communication was super easy too. Highly recommend!"

"Alles neu, sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequeme Betten. Tolle Dusche. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Freundliche Gastgeber. Man hat da wirklich Ruhe zum entspannen. Tolle Lage"

"L’appartement, charmant et bien décoré, est parfaitement équipé, avec tout le nécessaire. À notre arrivée par forte chaleur, nous avons apprécié la climatisation et le ventilateur, même si la température restait un peu élevée. Bravo pour l’organisation impeccable qui a rendu notre installation très agréable, et la place de parking privé et sécurisé est un vrai plus. Aout 2025"
