"Zentral gelegen nur wenige Meter von der Grande Rue bietet diese moderne Ferienwohnung auf zwei Etagen alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr bequeme Betten (mit Lademöglichkeiten fürs Handy am Kopfende), eine gut ausgestattete Küche inklusive Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine und einem großen Esstisch für sechs Personen, drei großzügige Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und Aircondition in allen Räumen. WLAN gibt es zudem auch; ist aber nicht das schnellste und der Upload dauert ewig. Uns hat es in zwei Wochen an nichts gefehlt. Parken ist an der Unterkunft direkt nicht möglich - aber in nur 200 Metern Entfernung befindet sich ein großer kostenfreier Parkplatz (Rue du Rem de la Streng), wo sich in zwei Wochen immer ein Platz fand. Das nächstgelegene Restaurant ist eine Treppe tiefer."

"Le lieu est plutôt bien situé, dans une zone d'habitation très calme, avec un beau jardin à caractère très local. La maison sans être particulièrement grande est parfaitement composée et exposée au soleil (toute la journée) avec la piscine à disposition juste face à la baie vitrée de la pièce principale. Parking privatif. Commodités à quelques minutes avec de nombreux choix de commerces de toutes variétés, locales ou plus générales. Les propriétaires habitent juste à côté, mais quasi invisibles, forts sympathiques et réactifs à toutes demandes, interrogations ou conseils locaux. Nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour en ce lieu permettant à un couple avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples de séjourner pour soit des moments de calmes dans cette propriété ou de profiter de la situation géographique pour des visites sur cette ile magnifique. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute"

"We stayed at the apartment for one week at the beginning of August. Getting the key was easy, the host Nicolas is very friendly and helpul. The apartment was perfect for us, everything is like in the description. From the balcony you have a stunning view over the sea and we loved having a glass of rosé wine there in the evenings. A little bakery and a supermarket are nearby and it‘s also no problem getting to the old town. You can either use the bus (12+) along the seafront or the tram that runs directly behind the building. We will definitely come back! 😃"

"Everything about this place is exceptional. The house is full of really interesting antiques and collectibles, and the garden is totally beautiful. If you think all this is good, just wait until you go down for breakfast! Nat goes way beyond the call of duty to give you the most generous and sumptuous range of mainly home-made goodies. Can't recommend this place highly enough."

"Apparemment ds une résidence très propre situé au bord du Lac d'Hossegor. Très calme. Les commerces tout proches (quelques minutes à pieds)idem pour les restaurants, et boutiques. Hossegor est une ville où il fait bon vivre."
