"Heel mooi ingericht appartement. Goed onderhouden. Veel lichtinval en daar houd ik van. Centraal gelegen: zowel het strand, Nausicàa, gezellige restaurantjes en winkels in de buurt. De kinderen voelden zich er meteen thuis."

"Große moderne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit toller gut ausgestatteter Küche. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich. Direkt vor der Wohnung gibt es einen schönen großen Spielplatz wo unsere Kinder (3 + 6 Jahre) sich austoben konnten. Es gab einen fantastischen Bäcker direkt um die Ecke. Die Lage war sehr gut, 2 Minuten laufen zum Place Dalton, von dort konnte man einen Shuttlebus zur Altstadt nehmen. 15 Minuten laufen zum Aquarium."
"Die Parksituation war etwas stressig. Direkt vor der Wohnung konnten wir nicht parken, was für einige Unbequemlichkeiten bei der Ankunft und Abreise sorgte. Die Fassade vom Hauseingang wirkt abschreckend, weil es renovierungsbedürftig ist, aber die Wohnung selbst ist neu renoviert und sehr modern."

"l'appartement est très spacieux, lumineux, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Grandes chambres , très grands lits confortables.Il y a beaucoup de rangements. Le propriétaire est très réactif et accueillant. On trouve du stationnement gratuit à proximité ainsi commerces et restaurants. nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour au calme."
"il faut passer outre la première impression lorsqu'on entre dans la cour ou l'immeuble est situé. l'immeuble est défraîchi et il y a quelques détritus au sol. Mais une fois dans l'appartement on fait "waouh" et on oublie ces détails."
