"The apartment was excellent! The instructions for access were clear and the accommodation met our needs really well. Great to have parking and it all felt secure and quiet. Really lovely restaurant at the entrance with friendly staff too! If we were to visit Caen again, we would stay here again!"

"We spent 3 nights in this appartment. It is perfectly equipped, we did not miss a thing. We appreciated the appartment was warm, as there was freezing outside, when we arrived. The owners are very nice people who were very helpful on our arrival. The bed was really comfortable (we prefer harder matrasses), there were enough el. sockets, a nice terrace. It was great we could park in front of the house. There is a narrow round staircase leading from the entrance to the appartment, so people with movement issue might have problem. It was OK for us, though. We absolutely loved the location, the appartment is near the lake, which is perfect for birdwatching. Also it was a good starting point for visiting the exhibition during the Montier photo festival. We only regreted we could not stay longer."

"Location, there was an issue with water in the building for our first night - the owner contacted us before arrival and had arranged somewhere else for us to stay the first night while repairs were being done, then moved our luggage to the property the next day. We were very grateful and impressed with her help. The property itself is exactly as advised. It's a great location, easy walking distance and so cheap for a 3 bedroom place. It's not luxury but it also doesn't have a luxury price tag."
