Hostellerie du Parc

"Great location, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. staff were very helpful and the room comfortable, clan and quiet: Ideal for a base to explore Niort."

"I arrived very late and hotel reception was closed. Since I was driving I was not reading my messages, so I disturbed but finally I got into the parking and hotel easily, except in the dark it is quite difficult to input and read to entry code"

"Great location, comfortable accommodation and friendly ,helpful staff"

"A good sized room with terrace with all you could need provided. Easy parking & beautiful outside sitting areas. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely & tapas nights excellent."

"This hotel was great! Easy walking distance from the center of town, and a lovely property. The host was very attentive and proactively suggested a spot I could store my bike overnight, as well as a couple of restaurant options for the evening. I had to bother him after hours and he graciously helped me even after 10pm!"

"The property is relatively small and family-run, with a certain age to it, although the owners clearly put a lot of care and attention into maintaining it. We did not try the breakfast on site, as the price per person was almost equivalent to the cost of the room for one night, so we preferred not to comment on it. The staff were truly kind and welcoming, offering us a fantastic reception. They also immediately changed our room to ensure better rest, as the first one was too close to the entrance and common passage area. We even received a very appreciated upgrade. Of course, the structure itself shows its age, especially in elements like doors and windows, but the value for money is really hard to beat. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay or a few days. I can imagine that in summer the pool makes the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great option considering the price and the level of care and attention from the staff."

"The location couldn't be better. The interconnected rooms were perfect for a family of four. Breakfast was great. It's not super luxury but in a nice way. Very comfortable and convenient"

"Location, host kindness, comfortable, surroundings"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, and though small, the rooms are comfy, well-maintained, and very clean. Staff was very welcoming and very professional. For anyone looking for hotel options in the 3-star category, Hotel Malher is a very solid choice in the Marais neighbourhood. We would definitely stay there again if there is availability on our future visits to Paris."
