L appartement est très calme et vraiment bien situé entre centre ville et plage. Ce qui permet de faire de belles promenades sans véhicule et de profiter de beaux couchers de soleil. Parking privé très appréciable."

"Great location right in the city center of Juan-les-Pins and very close to the train station, La Pinède, beaches and various restaurants. Also very nice to have a little supermarket on the same street. Easy to pick up the key from a locker right outside the entrance upon arrival. The appartment building itself is in need of refurbishment but it has a secure access and convenient with a small lift up to the 3rd floor. Appartment is exactly as on the pictures so no unwelcome surprises. Keep in mind that layout is open planned so no door to the bedroom area but with that said, it is well separated from the kitchen/living with the bathroom in between. All in all, very good rental."
