"Pros: Excellent location of the apartment, near the metro, tram, circus, etc. There is also a private underground parking lot. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious. It is nice that there is everything you need and even more. We stayed with two children, it was convenient and comfortable."

"It's a little difficult to give a review as this property is still a work in progress, with a degree of snagging to be completed. However, as a base for visiting the Loire valley, it's excellent. Shops, bars, restaurants and parking are all within walking distance. We stayed for two nights when the temperatures were unseasonably high, but the temperature in the apartment without air conditioning was perfectly acceptable. For a no frills stay as a touring base, at a very reasonable price, it would be hard to beat this apartment."

"Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, l’équipement de la maison dont un grand frigo très pratique quand il fait chaud, la literie et la maison est quand même grande.L’emplacement proche de tout (plage, marché, …) et les volets roulants qui ferment très bien, donc pas de jour le matin."
