"Tucked down a little farm track the location was peaceful and beautiful, but still had good accessibility to the roads needed to get around. Plenty of places around the property to allow you to eat outside and enjoy either the sun or shade at any time of day."

"Les Escures was a peaceful haven in the middle of the countryside, but yet so close to Acigne and Rennes. From the welcome to the moment I departed, it went above my expectations. I was in the area for a stressful personal event but actually managed to feel rested and relaxed thanks to the amazing atmosphere and quality at Les Escures. I highly recommend it!"

"The reception staff were exceptional Helping us to sort out problems, opening doors for easy access to the car and allocating us a groundfloor room This was our third stay at Domaine de Mont Evray We like the communal lounge and kitchen facilities which enable us to cook for ourselves if we wish The rooms are comfortable clean and have heating/aircon We also enjoy being able to walk out into the extensive grounds or to simply sit on a bench enjoying the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation"

"It’s simply perfect to enjoy a quiet stay in the most beautiful French country side. Fields, woods, valleys, lots of wild life to spot. The cottage we stayed at is located a short road down from the main chateau. It is super modern, clean and spacious, it also stayed nice and cool in the cottage during our stay when it was hot outside. The terrace and pool area are perfect to relax and enjoy nature at the same time. All surrounded by fields, forests and fruit trees! We stayed for 5 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Location is great if you have a car it’s only a short drive to a big supermarket, really good bakery and also only 20 min to Perigieux. The family who runs everything was very welcoming and helpful, we got lots of nice tips! We hope to come back one day!"
