"The communication with the owners was really good and simple, they were always quick to respond and helpful. The apartment offers great value for money especially compared to staying in Santa Maria city center. Just keep in mind that this is not a five star hotel, it’s a basic, budget friendly place that works perfectly for an overnight stay."

"Loved the location of this property - less than 5 minutes from the main beach and 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. They offer an airport-transfer taxi (for 20 euros) which meant a hassle-free arrival. Hosts were amazing, on site if you required advice or help and would promptly reply to text messages. The outlook from the balcony across the pool area was terrific. For most of our stay (11 nights) we had the pool to ourselves! The whole communal area/pool was immaculately maintained. The kitchen/dining area/lounge area was well equipped and spacious, English channels were available on tv. During our visit the urbanisation was very quiet with a mix of visitors and permanent residents who were very friendly. There is a cafe (By Valeria) at the entrance which offers a good menu of food and drinks, and there is an English bar (The Britannia) within 100m walk."

"The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. They assisted us with various questions and also helped us arrange a rental car. The apartment was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 14 days, and it was great to have essentials such as washing machine detergent and basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and tea). The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We were provided with a change of bed linen as well as plenty of towels. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The beach is very close—only a 3-minute walk away."
