"Great location. The best view for watching the sunset. It is practically at the beginning of the dirt road that brings you to Jabal Shams. Sultan was very quick with arranging a 4 WD taxi for us when we wanted to visit Jabal Shams lastminute as we tried with our 2 WD and decided to go back. The beds are very comfortable and clean, rooms well sized and kitchen equipped with everything we needed from pans to oil and spices. Wifi works good. We also enjoyed having dinner outside."

Only challenge was that all the rooms are not connected. With small kids you can't really leave them alone, so one of us was a guest in the kids bedroom both nights we stayed. Sultan communicated that they will make a door between the rooms though.

"Loved the location, exactly where you would wanna stay! room size , cleanliness were great too. Host was amazing and friendly! Heated rooms made stay comfortable"

With no half board (dinner) included the property is on higher price point side for just the room inspite of location.

"Very nice staff, good and tasty food. The possibility to see turtles is something exceptional; people’s behaviour during the tours may be questioned. The hotel is old but still value for money is good. If you consider that food and 2 turtle watching tours are included then the price is not expensive at all. We will be happy to come again!"
