"'m thoroughly impressed with the apartment's cleanliness and safety. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable. I'd also like to commend the supervisor, who demonstrated remarkable kindness and understanding. Upon noticing my language barrier with French, he thoughtfully suggested using a translation tool to facilitate our communication."
Could you please consider having staff members who speak English on hand to help alleviate language barriers and improve communication, especially for international guests like myself who don't speak French
