"The house is fantastic and ideally located for exploring the west of Iceland. It is beautiful, clean and tidy, and can accommodate a group of up to eight people. Towels, sheets and soap are provided in excellent condition and in abundance. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, although perhaps a larger pot would have been useful for a group of Italians. The comfortable rooms allow you to divide up according to your needs. If necessary, a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and cleaning supplies are available. The owners are very kind and always available to help. The outdoor hot tub is a really nice addition. I highly recommend this accommodation."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The place is beautiful and very pleasant. The host couple is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always available. Their recommendations were excellent. The house is clean, very well equipped, and you immediately feel at home. Special mention for the husband’s beard… absolutely impressive, almost an attraction on its own! 😄 We will gladly come back!"

"The location is very convenient and easy to access. Facilities & Environment The room is spacious, and the areas for relaxing, gathering, and cooking are all generously sized. The equipment is also fully functional and well-equipped. The view from the apartment is stunning—absolutely flawless. Value for Money Excellent value for money—⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐."

Showering consecutively is not recommended as the hot water supply may not be consistent. The towels did not feel very clean, and I hope the cleaning process can be improved. It would be helpful to have a signboard at the entrance to make it easier to locate the apartment.

"We loved our stay. The apartment was light, warm and spacious. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We could see the Northern Lights from the balcony every night. The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk from Bus Stop 8 at the church, Bonus supermarket and main shopping street. Also a fantastic bakery round the corner and public open air swimming pool in the same street. We would definitely stay here again."

No toilet paper when we arrived (probably an oversight). A tray to make ice cubes would be useful.

"The apartment is located in a very peaceful location and we were welcomed by 2 friendly dogs. The apartment was very clean and tidy."

The bathroom was outside the apartment right next to as you enter the building. The hallway had an extremely strong smell and was very loud from the guests or host not sure who was staying above us. We were advised not to open the windows inside the apartment so cooking was a bad idea as we could not ventilate. There is no mirror in the room so you have to walk to the bathroom. It's a bit inconvenient. WiFi was bad. For a night stay is perfectly fine but not for a long stay.

"Very calm (absolutely no noise next to the airport) and terrace to enjoy. Good facilities and host very reactive when a question about electricity and fuses. Huge DVD collection if you wanted !"

Bedrooms were small : fine for us (3) but 6 would be a squash / bit claustrophobic.

"Location was perfect once we found it. Taxi dropped us off on a different street due to Laugavegur being pedestrianised. (For future guests, it is opposite the Bioeffect shop). The property is spacious and well equipped and within walking distance to attractions and tour bus stops."
