"The room and the washroom was spotless and clean smell. The hostesses were very knowledgeable about Valdivia and their surroundings. Definitely a good hostal and the price was very good also very close to downtown and you walk everywhere from the hostal."

"Great location, spacious room, comfortably beds and excellent customer service. Pia who runs the hostel is lovely. She was very helpful with everything and made me feel at home. She was also available on WhatsApp and contacted me to confirm my stay etc. Which I really appreciated."
"The street outside has a bit of traffic in the morning so I recommend to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Also the lighting in the room could have been better, the lamp was not so strong."

"Muy grato ambiente. La señora Pía estuvo pendiente de nosotros. De hecho nuestra llegada fue justo la noche del apagón. Ella nos esperó en la entrada de la hostal, con una linterna, hasta que nosotros llegamos. Siempre estuvo pendiente de todos. La hostal es cómoda, ubicada cerca del centro de la ciudad. El único detalle fue que los pisos sonaban mucho. De hecho en el segundo piso se alojó una familia numerosa, y el piso crujió todo el día. Fue sólo un detalle, fuera de eso, estamos muy conformes como familia. Lo recomiendo."

"Lo que más nos gustó es que el lugar está muy central, a mano tienes cafés, restaurant, la costanera que es el lugar mas turístico de Valdivia, desde allí salen tours a diferentes lugares, hay supermercado y locomoción muy a mno. También hay que destacar la atención de Pía, ella estaba muy atenta a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos y nos hizo sentir como en familia, muy preocupada, atenta y cariñosa, un 7 para ella."
