"The villa was very warm and comfy ! It had all the kitchen equipments needed,even more than expected, if you want u can take food and cook it there. The oven, the wooden heater, the refrigerator,air conditioning, the nice views from the verandas ! Everything was great!"

Der Lärm nachts von der Straße ist extrem. Die Matratze ist eine Katastrophe. Terrassen Möbel fehlen. Extrem hellhörig auch zu der Wohnung nebenan. Die Pfanne müsste dringend ersetzt werden.

It is not easy to communicate with the owners, English is a bit of a problem... The kitchen space is quite limitated.

The host should have explained how all the property facilities functioned or a set of instructions. We did not know about the water jets or lights of the pool. Slight smell in the room and lots of lizards and flys

There is a small village (Hog Harbour Village) nearby, about a 20 minute walk, where you can buy local bread and fruit. Accommodation is very basic but serves its purpose. Mosquito coils and nets are provided. The local who looked after us, Melody, was very welcoming and kind, and made us delicious breakfasts and dinners. There were no kayaks available but they can be rented from the neighbouring Lonnoc Beach Bungalows."

Drainage in the shower is poor and the floor quickly becomes wet and muddy. Facilities are very worn out. The room has no shelving to put your belongings; this would be a great improvement. If you are on a budget, keep in mind that pretty much the only food options in the area are the restaurants at the lodge or at neighbouring accommodations, where a meal costs 1500-2000 vatu per person. The food is delicious though and there are local dishes - the paw paw curry was phenomenal.

* very poorly equipped kitchen * it was stated that basic hygiene products would be provided - we were only given hand soap * tiny bin for an 8 people property * pillows were very bad * overall a bit run down and could need some renovation (tile in bathroom had fallen off before we even checked in / lamp over dining room table partially broken)
