"A spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was great with a separate shower. The towels were changed each day and the room and bathroom were very clean. The young lady on reception called Jeanie was really lovely and kind and very welcoming."

"The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was spacious, had two beds, and was very clean and cozy. The air conditioning is very good and you don’t have to wait to use warm water in the bathroom. There is a free WiFi, a TV and a refrigerator. very close to the train station and the supermarket. It‘s an amazing choice that you can’t believe at this price. It would be definitely the best hotel in Shumen."

"Hotel is too near to my work Office and big hiper markets and City Center so i love these and also very clean rooms."

"Air conditioners should be maintained. Filters must be changed or be cleaned etc...when i started to use them they are throwing black particles."
