"Very warm and clean apartment with superb location near public transport and free parking near the building. There is also a supermarket at the entrance of the building. There is a big balcony which is rare for such properties. Overall, very convenient."

"Small but super-clean apartment, well equipped for a short self-catering stay near the airport. Location is excellent, around 15 mins drive to the airport (outside rush hour). Plenty of street parking nearby. A well-stocked mini-supermarket (open until 9.30pm weekdays, 9pm weekends) and coffee shop are downstairs. Kitchen has a microwave, two hot plates, kettle, fridge, coffee maker and basic equipment for making snacks/simple meals. The free WiFi worked fine. Plenty of hot water. The balcony provides additional space and overlooks a small park. It's in a residential building so you'll hear the day to day comings and goings of other families, but in general the apartment is quiet. The owner responded quickly to messages, and made it easy for us to get the key. We'll definitely stay again."

"The location is great - close to the center of Sofia and close to Arena8888 (especially if you need to attend evening show). The apartment is clean, has separate kitchen, equipped with everything one might need - microwave, electrick stove, toaster, etc. Comfortable bed, fast wi-fi. Easy to find a vacant parking place at the public street parking. Easy check-in/check-out. A friendly and helpful host. There were no problems during our stay."

"The place was very close to my work place, and very easily accessible - from locating it, to finding the box with the key and entering. It’s perfect for short stays (for up to two people, I’d say) - has everything you might need, even a washing machine and a place to hang-dry your clothes. What’s most important for me - it was super-duper clean and fresh, there wasn’t even dusa little dust anywhere! ❤️ Comfortable, clean bed, heating and a very friendly and helpful host. If you book this place, keep it just as clean, please. Thanks to the host once more, I’ll be staying in again soon 🤝"

"I had to attend events at the Sofia Tech Park for two days and the location of the apartment was at a perfect distance - 5 minutes walking. The apartment had everything I need including unlimited hot water, small kitchen and a nice and cozy bed. It was so clean that you could smell the freshly laundered fabrics. I highly recommended this place and will definitely book it again."
