"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

"Very good value apartment sooo close to the gondola. Very comfortable for the two of us. We were able to extend our stay by an extra night to take advantage of great skiing conditions rather than leaving the room and packing up our stuff. Dominic was super helpful and efficient in organising this for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Televisions in both lounge and bedroom and large ones too. Parking though it costs each day is a bonus - parking underground when cars were getting buried in the snow outside was fab! Looking at the prices of other places whilst Encamp is not the most buzzing place this aparthotel is definitely value for money."

Our room had a very small kitchenette as the stairs took away part of the apartment so would choose a different apartment next time. Not a criticism but an addition to what would be helpful to guests include: hooks on doors as the only hooks were in the bathroom and we really needed to hang up our wet ski gear! Also some notes advising guests of facilities eg how the rubbish system works with the different coloured bags and bins and if staying for a few days the rubbish containers in the apartment are too small, maybe a little more cutlery would be nice. Aparthotel can't do anything about it but please manager be aware that the police are starting to man the traffic very early and like blowing their whistles all the time from about 7.30!

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return"

I would have liked if they separate the kids from the pool bar area to the other pool .

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

The description of the location was a little misleading as one of the pubs mentioned had closed down - some years ago, but the details had not been amended on the website - which did in fact influence our choice in Sandpiper’s favour, and we were disappointed that it wasn’t nearer the supermarket mentioned in the write-up, either. Also, I put my suitcase in the corner of the bedroom flat - and when I moved it, I could see it had picked up a lot of dust, indicating that the corners of the bedroom weren’t very well cleaned!

Can do with minor repairs in the washroom like the shower head kept popping out

"The location was very convenient. I really love the ocean view and especially hearing the ocean splashes everyday during my stay, it was really breathtaking, relaxation and good service. Also the food at the restaurant below my room had very delicious food, also from the balcony of the restaurant I enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. I'm in love with this island especially in Westpunt!"

I do not really have any complaints about anything, because all of my wishes have been granted during my stay. So I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work and service! Everything was just perfect!

The location is very good, the train and buses are a 5 minute walk and you are surrounded by restaurants and a supermarket closeby and it is a very short walk to views over the harbour. A very minor thing, the cups are so small for having a tea or coffee!

Мы жили в Garden vew - это отдельный от основгого отеля guest house на 5 номеров с частной территорией - вход по чипу. Пляж, ресторан находятся на основной территории отеля (Laguna view), где имеется 22 номера. Они естественно дороже. От garden view до laguna view метров 400 по прямой. Так что мы хоть 1000 шагов за день наматывали, а то и 100 не выходило бы ))) Вечером к причалу приплывают акулы няньки и рифовые акулы - отель их кормит каждый вечер."

Мы брали полный пансион. Завтраки были печальные. Из белка только омлет с овощами и через раз сосиски. В обед не швецкий стол, а отель сам дает то, что готовят в данный день. Не нравится - заказывай из платного меню: 2е блюдо + сок выходит 15-20$ на человека. На ужин макароны+рис и мясо+рыба. 1 салат и 1 вид фруктов. Наверное для Мальдив это нормально - не знаю.

No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.
