"The property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The little beach was lovely with enough sun beds for everyone. There are only 4 restaurants in walking distance (one was around d 18 mins up the hill on the main road) and one bar that closes at 7pm. The Bucaneer shop is not very well stocked and the nearest supermarket is a drive away."

The pool was cleaned daily but could do with a midday skim as there’s a lot of tree debris that falls in. The beach is a thoroughfare for cruisers that have been dropped off for the day to get to the public beach

Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.

Maybe the indoor pool had to be accessed through the outside, but maybe it was because the hotel was currently undergoing renovations. And maybe there were no changing rooms in the pool area.

I liked everthing!

"A fantastic experience! The guesthouse is in a great location in the heart of Brazzaville, surrounded by quiet residential areas. Most importantly, the rooms were very clean. Special mention goes to the owners, Mia and her family, who were incredibly helpful and patient during our stay, even assisting us with arranging gorilla and Blue Lagoon tours. An even bigger surprise was the authentic Sichuan cuisine at the guesthouse – the best I've had in Brazzaville! I highly recommend the grilled fish and hot pot."

"The staff are really nice and friendly. The rooms are big, everything is there. Bonus points for the slippers! Also, the breakfast was so elaborate and nice. They would serve it in your room, and I think 4 people can finish it. The location is excellent too. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, 5 mins walk to the nearest grocery store, and less than 10 mins walk to the lake."

There was an ongoing road repairs just steps away from the property, so expect some noise during the day. We pretty much were out during those times so it didn’t bother us.

"The staff were so nice and helpful. It really didn’t feel like we were too much or bothering them! No matter what hour. And they compromised with a small issue that we had, so amazing!"

The shower was a little on the smaller side, but other than that there was nothing I disliked.

"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

Kind of pricy for what the room had to offer. A mirror in the room would have been good.

"It is located in Dalian's CBD so everything is very close. It is around 500m to the subway, and around 2 km to the seaside with many attractions. The hotel looks good and feels good, it used to be a top hotel a few years back, but it's getting a bit older, however, still has its charm. You won't miss anything, you can conveniently pay by Visa/Mastercard at the reception and do not forget about the 400 RMB deposit."

The location at Anse Royale is ideal, close to everything yet peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. - The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad
