The location at Anse Royale is ideal, close to everything yet peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

The airport shuttle service was a complete disaster. It almost ruined my day. I got to understand though that this is an outsourced service and the host promised to work on getting better partners

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

We felt really welcomed. - The breakfast choice was great and it was brought to our room at the times we chose. - The pension has a coffee machine and some cake downstairs, so one can help themselves at any time. - Our room was very clean and smelled nicely"

- Sadly the noise isolation is very bad in the room and you can hear people in the hallway like they are next to you.
