"A new hotel with a genuinely comfortable bed — always the most important thing. The room is compact but well-equipped with all the essentials, and there's handy storage space under the bed for your bags. Breakfast is small but surprisingly good. Republic Square is within easy walking distance, making it a solid base for exploring the city center. Would stay again if nothing comparable turns up closer to the center at a similar price."

"The apartment is in the heart of the city center, close to shops and other essentials. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We received excellent instructions from the owner, and we were in constant contact until our arrival. Upon arrival, everything was handled very quickly by the friendly owner. I highly recommend it!"

"The place is centrally located close to everything, between two big streets which is very convenient but the little street itself is very quiet. The instructions on how to get there were very clear and the host was super quick to respond. The rooms and the whole place is brand new, clean and had everything we needed and even more - a kettle, shower gel, slippers and even the little fridge and a microwave! it has big windows and balconies! There are just 4 rooms and we stayed in 3 so it was just us. The next time I am in Yerevan I will surely stay here!"
