Parking is available in a private parking area next door, which is chargeable. Host and staff were all very friendly and helpful. "Our family had a wonderful stay at Viola’s beautiful town house with a lovely private and surprisingly quiet garden right in the centre of Shkodër. Viola is extremely welcoming and went out of her way to help and guide us during our stay. She speaks both Italian and French and her son Mateo was readily present on WhatsApp to coordinate and elaborate in fluent English. In total it was a full on show of genuine hospitality. A clear cut recommendation for anyone who wants to have a homely base to check out Shkodër and its beautiful surroundings."
