"Every question was answered immediately. We had a minor problem turning on the gas, but the owner sent someone to fix it within five minutes. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and bright. There are two large free parking spaces right outside the building if you're traveling by car. The building itself is located in a wonderful community, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy peace and quiet. My sister and I loved everything. I recommend it. 10 out of 10!!!"

"The property is amazing MashaAllah! It’s the first apartment I have stayed in the UAE that was so nice. Everything is brand new, the area is quiet, there is a public beach nearby. Apartment is huge for the studio, with everything you’ll need, everything in the apartment was brand new. Also, I would like to mention, the level of cleanliness is very high! My new favourite place to stay. The residential complex is new in Al Hamra village, kids and dogs friendly area, there is a convenience store nearby, also Al Hamra Mall in 5 minutes drive. The area is surrounded by water, with sea and lagoon."

"Квартира прекрасная, выше всех похвал! Я останавливалась во многих квартирах в Эмиратах, и эта самая лучшая. Сама квартира новая, после ремонта, также как комплекс. В шаговой доступности есть общественный пляж с чистейшим морем и ракушками, комплекс окружен водой: морем и лагуной. Комплекс очень тихий, семейный, есть магазин в 5-минутах ходьбы. Также Аль Хамра молл в 5-минутах езды. Нам очень понравилась квартира и мы продлили свое пребывание, в квартире все новое, чистота на высшем уровне. Вернемся ИншаАллах!"

"Спасибо за замечательный отдых! Большая светлая квартира в новом комплексе, очень комфортная и чистая, все внутри новенькое, что сделало мое пребывание еще более приятным. Очень красивая локация. Лагуна, яхты, пляж с чистым песком и прозрачной водой, всего в 10 минутах ходьбы. Я определенно планирую вернуться сюда снова и рекомендую это место всем, кто ищет хороший отдых!"

"I had a great experience staying in this studio apartment located inside the beautiful Al Hamra Village. The location is excellent, quiet, and secure. There’s a grocery store just outside one of the gates, along with a variety of restaurants including Il Forno (Italian), a Turkish spot, and even a Pizza Hut for quick bites. The studio itself was spotless and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing day away from work. As a bonus, the facility seems to be pet-friendly, which is always a plus. Highly recommended for a peaceful and convenient stay."

"The The manager Mr. Mohsin very helpful man gave us the keys and explications about the appartement. The location is great just a few minutes walk to Burj Khalifa. The balcony gives a wonderful view to the downtown and is sunny. The appartement is big with nice, very clean and has comfortable beds. The kitchen has all you need. The swimming pool on the 5th floor gives a perfect view to Burj Khalifa."
